About the Family Stress Study

The Family Stress Study started in 2020 with 300 families from Guelph and Hamilton. It’s part of the larger Guelph Family Health Study and focuses on how stress affects young kids, looking at things like their growth, eating habits, activity levels, and sleep. In 2026, we’ll be catching up with these families for the fifth year in a row.
