Research Interests

Andrea studies how our lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc.) can affect the proportion of fat to muscle in our bodies, and our risk for heart disease. From a nutrition perspective, she is particularly interested in plant-based foods, ultra-processed foods, and dairy, as well as our eating behaviours.
