Eligibility

The Guelph Family Health Study has been designed for families in the Guelph area who have children of a certain age. It is important that families who take part in the study meet these criteria, so we can ensure our programs are effective.

To register in the Guelph Family Health Study, you must:

• have at least one child between the ages of 18 months and 5 years.
• live in the Guelph area. The Guelph area is Wellington County, including Guelph, Rockwood, Fergus, Elora, Mount Forest, Puslinch and Cambridge.
