About Nicole
Nicole Puffer is a classically trained chef, food educator, and mom of four who knows that healthy living can sound a lot easier in theory than it feels in real life. Between raising a family, building a career, and keeping everyone fed, she understands the everyday juggle.
Nicole brings that real-life perspective to her community cooking programs and immersive, curriculum-aligned food experiences in classrooms, helping people of all ages build confidence, curiosity, and practical skills around food.
Most recently, Nicole joined a national School Food for All conference panel to share her perspective on immersive food experiences in the classroom. Her approach is simple: healthy living isn’t about perfection—it’s about making food, cooking, and wellness feel achievable in real life.
