Laura’s role in the Guelph Family Health Study is as one of the health educators, helping to support families as they make behaviour changes at home.

The best lesson she’s learnt from working with the GFHS is to stay flexible and go with the flow. As a health educator she never knows what to expect with any given home visit so learning to adapt to the situation has been key for success!
